The Tripod
It is possible that either one of the actors or the director could have tripped over one of the tripods legs.
Make sure that when people are walking past they leave space in order to avoid the fall

The rain
As it was raining on the day of the shoot it means that the floor would have been slippery. Therefore meaning that people could fall
Make sure that people were extra careful when moving both in and out of a scene
Medium
Risks to the equipment
The rain
The rain poses another risk as if it gets to heavy then it could damage the equipment
Make sure the equipment is covered when the weather is worsening therefore meaning that the equipment will be undamaged

Dropping the camera
The camera might be dropped on accident when using it on shots that do not require a tripod
Make sure when the camera is not secured on the tripod it is fastened around someone’s neck securely
